Houston Restaurants Now Allowed To Seat Diners In Parking Lots

0 0 about 1 month ago
Houston restaurants are now allowed to expand their dining areas into their parking lots. City Council passed an ordinance on Wednesday that makes it possible for restaurants to put patios in their parking lots for added dining space. Restaurant owners will still be required to follow social distancing guidelines in the outdoor spaces. They'll also need a permit for any exterior dining area bigger than 600-square-feet.
